The Ecuadoran Pichincha is absolutely delicious. It is so smooth, yet rich with the perfect flavor. If you don't like acidic coffee, this is for you. We normally go for the dark roast but this brew is the exception. We love it!

And you aren't buying coffee from a company, but a person. Someone who appreciates me as much as he appreciates the beans he roasts. I make my cold brew with a medium grind, medium roast in a Toddy for 24 hours.
My sister drinks coffee and her wife only drinks half caff. This gave me the opportunity to give them both superior coffee to enjoy. I know my sister's wife has never had decaf that tastes this good! Oh and that spectacular biscotti!
