This coffee tastes like a contradiction. It's full bodied and gives a rich flavor but is cut with a fruity acidity. The fig and cherry flavors are pronounced but has chocolatey undertones. I have it as a medium roast.

The Ecuadoran Pichincha is absolutely delicious. It is so smooth, yet rich with the perfect flavor. If you don't like acidic coffee, this is for you. We normally go for the dark roast but this brew is the exception. We love it!

Hands down the best coffee I've ever had. Not just this specific bean, but anything roasted by Happy Cat. The coffee is always fresh, roasted perfectly, and always delicious. There's always grwat descriptions of the regions and cupping notes. I feel the coffee tastes better when you know a little about it. You won't regret buying this coffee.

This coffee is very drinkable. Meaning it seems like it will go with anything. Flavor is mild and earthy, but has some brighter notes. A delicious flavor without being flashy.

The Kenyan bean has a unique but familiar flavor that is rich and diverse. I taste a lot of the fruit and citrus but with with a chocolatey finish. Makes an excellent cup of coffee!

This coffee has a fascinating history which can be looked up, but all we know is that it’s one of our favorites at Happy Cat, of which we have many. So very smooth and yet bursting with flavor.

This by far is the best cold brew I have ever made! And the best cold brew starts with the best beans! This flavor is crisp and sweet. I can't gush enough about the coffee I get from here! And you aren't buying coffee from a company, but a person. Someone who appreciates me as much as he appreciates the beans he roasts. I make my cold brew with a medium grind, medium roast in a Toddy for 24 hours.

Always one of our favorites. We prefer dark roast, and this coffee takes it well. A great way to start the morning.

The coffee is great. It comes right to my door and they even throw in a little biscotti. Delightful!
