This coffee is sourced from the Chelchele washing station in the famed Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia. Chelchele carefully tracks every lot through its production process with a unique identification number which allows the experts on staff to deliver a considerable amount of information to each coffee’s producer. Coffee is dried for approximately 18 days to get the final product to a moisture content of 11% before being prepared for export.

This by far is the best cold brew I have ever made! And the best cold brew starts with the best beans! This flavor is crisp and sweet. I can't gush enough about the coffee I get from here! And you aren't buying coffee from a company, but a person. Someone who appreciates me as much as he appreciates the beans he roasts. I make my cold brew with a medium grind, medium roast in a Toddy for 24 hours.
